REFUND POLICY – EXTENDED WARRANTY (NON-REFUNDABLE PLAN)
Issued by POLICY CARE
1. Non-Refundable Nature of Plan
1.1 The Extended Warranty sold by POLICY CARE is a non-refundable plan.
1.2 Once purchased, the warranty fee cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
2. No Refund under Any Situation
No refund will be processed in the following cases, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle sold to another customer
- Vehicle ownership transfer
- Customer dissatisfaction or change of mind
- Vehicle not used or used for a short period
- Vehicle repossessed / financed vehicle complications
- Duplicate purchase by mistake
- Warranty not used during the validity period
- Vehicle breakdown occurring before extended warranty start date
- Miscommunication or misunderstanding about features
3. No Refund for Vehicle Loss or Damage
The warranty fee will not be refunded if:
- The vehicle is lost, stolen, or declared total loss
- The vehicle suffers accidental damage, fire, flood, or other natural disaster
- The vehicle is scrapped, condemned, or permanently out of use
4. No Refund After Claim Rejection
If a claim is rejected due to:
- Misuse
- Tampering
- Unauthorized repair
- Non-compliance with warranty terms
- Ineligible problem outside coverage
→ The paid warranty fee cannot be refunded.
5. Non-Transferable & Non-Cancelable
- The Extended Warranty is issued for the specific vehicle and owner only.
- It cannot be transferred to a new vehicle.
- It cannot be cancelled once activated.
- Only transfer to a new owner (in case of vehicle resale) may be permitted at the discretion of POLICY CARE, but no refund will be processed.
6. Administrative / Processing Fees
Because the plan includes administrative, documentation, backend registration, and activation costs, the fee remains non-refundable, even if:
- The vehicle is returned or exchanged with the dealer
- Service history is incomplete
- Customer fails to submit required documents
7. Confirmation by Customer
At the time of purchase, the customer is deemed to have acknowledged that:
- The plan is fully non-refundable
- No partial refund, pro-rata refund, or future credit will be issued
- All Terms & Conditions have been read and accepted
